Prior to his work in insurance, Terry spent 20 years in the construction industry as a project manager and estimator, where he built a strong foundation in communication, organization, and client care.
Terry is deeply passionate about helping people—whether it's guiding them through retirement planning or sharing the importance of life insurance. He plays an essential role in the day-to-day operations of the business, supports marketing efforts like the up-and-coming HLG Podcast, and oversees key administrative functions that keep the agency running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.
A devoted husband, father, and proud grandfather, Terry brings energy and dedication to everything he does—including years spent coaching in the Rossville community.
